Do you have menu packages?

Every event menu is designed to meet our guests’ needs and their budget.  Flexibility and customization are part of what makes us a unique private event venue.  Our team will work with you to understand your needs, guide you in making the perfect food selections, and if necessary, customize our offerings to fit your budget.

Menu selections and items can range, depending on the type of event.  We offer stationed or passed options, buffet options, or full-service private dinners.

All food is prepared by Café Fresco Center City’s award-winning culinary team.  As a starting point, feel free to view our Events Menu (link to Menu) or our dinner menus (link to menu) also available at the restaurant.

For our most discriminating guests, we are able to design a custom culinary experience to perfectly compliment your event and your taste buds.

What are my bar and beverage options?

As with menu selections, bar options can be fully customized to fit within any budget.  Discuss your alcohol preferences and budget with our event specialist during your complimentary consultation.

We are fully licensed establishment and comply with all licensed establishment regulations mandated by PA Liquor Control Board. 

What is the capacity of Level 2?

Level 2 can accommodate approximately 240 guests for a cocktail-style event and 100 guests for a banquet-style, private dinner. 

Floor plans will be customized to best suit your event.

What are my parking options?

The River Street Garage offers a covered parking area with ample spaces directly across the street.  Rates are discounted nighty after 5 pm.  Metered street parking is also available, which is free after 7 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Valet parking can be provided upon request for an additional cost. Please mention your interest in valet during your complimentary consultation.

What’s included in the space?

Level 2 offers a flexible event space with cozy, plush couches, cascading waterfall mirrors, and a state of the art lighting and sound system.  Five flat screen TVs can project an image or your logo.  A projector is available for business meetings and presentations.

Included in the space is DJ equipment, turntables, and wireless microphone.  A stage is available to accommodate live entertainment.

In addition to your personal event specialist who will guide you through the planning, coordination, and management of your event, we provide a highly trained serving and security staff to attend to you and your guests.

Pricing is determined by the parameters of your event.  We offer a complimentary consultation for all event inquiries and can provide you with estimates and pricing once we gather the necessary information.
